Monroe Consulting Group has undergone a major business restructure. After the purchase of Monroe by UK based AiM listed staffing group Empresaria Group Plc, there has been the appointment of a new Managing Director, Lindsey Morgan, and change in the senior management team.
The company has been renamed to People Intelligence Pty Ltd as part of the change.
Lindsey Morgan came to Australia as part of her role as UK Group Risk Manager, staying to implement change and process improvement within Monroe. She brings with her 24 years recruitment experience gained in the Financial Services sector in the UK.
The restructure has resulted in changes in processes and procedures with the aim of raising the standards that exist within the recruitment industry.
Morgan said "The Management Team within Monroe undertook a branding exercise and we defined who we are, what we want to achieve, what our values are as well as what attributes we have". She stipulates that "clients and candidates have a personal and professional service from everyone at Monroe Consulting, whereby we listen, understand and implement the requirements of both clients and candidates alike". People Intelligence promote the fact that they "offer value added services that make clients and candidates feel respected, appreciated, connected and impressed" with their recruitment service, thus achieving their business obligations.
